The Subsidiary's legal and commercial name is Nordic Aqua (Ningbo) Co. Ltd, a private limited liability company organized and existing under the Law of the People's Republic of China (the "PRC"). The Subsidiary was incorporated in China on 18 May 2018. The Subsidiary's registered office is located at Kengtou Hill of Zhumen Village, Gaotang Island, Xiangshan County, Ningbo, China.
